This Privacy Policy describes the information that Be Wealthy Financial Coaching Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects through its website located at www.bewealthycoaching.com. If you do not understand the content of this Privacy Policy or do not accept or agree with it then you must stop using the website at www.bewealthycoaching.com immediately.

Our company collects and holds information about individuals for the purpose of providing coaching services. We will do our best to only collect the minimum information required to provide you with the services you have requested.

The purpose of this privacy policy (this "Privacy Policy") is to inform users of our Site of the following:

This Privacy Policy applies in addition to the terms and conditions of our Site.

GDPR
For users in the European Union, we adhere to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR"). For users in the United Kingdom, we adhere to the GDPR as enshrined in the Data Protection Act 2018.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer as we do not fall within the categories of controllers and processors required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 of the GDPR.

Where we have outsourced a function or activity to an external service provider we will only disclose personal information that the service provider needs to undertake that function or activity, and we require external service providers to agree to keep your personal information secure and we enter into confidentiality agreements for this purpose. 

We will share your personal information where we are under a duty to do so in order to comply with any legal requirements or obligations, any request from the government, or where it is necessary in order to enforce or protect our own rights, your safety or that of others.

If you are submitting personal information over the internet that you wish to remain private, please note that while attempts are made to secure information transmitted to this site, there are inherent risks in transmitting information across the internet and we are unable to guarantee its security.
